About Therapy

As children, we experience so much possibility. We are enthralled, engaged and caught up in the richness and rapture of our potential lives. We are spontaneous, silly and oh so very vulnerable. My guess is that if you’re here, somewhere along your path your sense of wonderment was disrupted, became confusing or possibly violated in some way. Life took a turn, perhaps a painful one. I’m sorry if that happened to you.

My intention is to help you reconnect to the vitality, openness and curiosity that lives within you. I help people rediscover their authentic selves, find their voice, and self-actualize unapologetically.

Whether you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, profound grief or you are at an inflection point in your relationship/career, there is help and there is hope. It begins by asking as loudly or quietly as you prefer. A small quiet gesture can lead you on an unexpected and wonderful adventure beyond anything you imagined. I encourage you to take the first step either with me or in another way that feels safe and warm for you.

You are enough. You are worthy. You belong.

About Me

Born in Saigon, Vietnam, I grew up in the NYC area and earned a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business. I worked on Wall Street for a major accounting firm and then courageously decided to pursue my life long dream of working in the entertainment world in Los Angeles. The entertainment industry was fun and rewarding and it was also exhausting and extremely frustrating. After working with a skilled and insightful therapist, I pivoted towards a career that felt more in tune with my values and life purpose. I returned to school and received a MA from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating I have worked at the Southern California Counseling Center counseling individuals, groups and families. I collaborate relationally with Clients through a human-centered, solution-focused and narrative lens.
